A big thank you goes out from the Arts Committee to everyone who came out to sing Christmas Carol's at Tesco on 18th December. It was a fantastic group effort; we raised €204 for the school and Temple Street Hospital in one hour with not a huge amount of footfall.
We charmed shoppers and staff alike with our lively renditions and there was even a spot of impromptu freestyle dancing from the kids, whose enthusiasm spread to the adults. We definitely spread festive cheers in our community - a credit to our school!

We're already planning our theme and costumes for our Greystones St Patrick's Day Parade entry which takes place on 17th March 2020. And we need all the help we can get to make it another memorable entry.
How can you help? Imagine the deep blue sea with sea creatures swimming in it, see the wonder and curiosity that the kids have. Our imagination is vast. By participating in this parade you will have an opportunity to create something from the heart, without limits. The stage is yours. If imagination is not your thing, then there is an opportunity to supervise, organize and lots more. So, how can you help?
Fun factors for the children:
We were delighted that our school won Overall Winner for the last two years. But what was really special was seeing parents and children with different talents and ideas collaborating to make the parade as memorable as possible for all.
